Making Unique Format or Seal Design for Architectural Presentations

Step 4. Adding boundary.
Make new layer, rename to boundary. Hit Ctrl+A to select whole canvas. Select Edit>Stroke. Set your desired stroke width with Inside selected. Ok. Deselect(Ctrl+D) and transform(Ctrl+T) to squeeze it. Delete bottom boundary by selection or eraser.
Such boundary can be achieved by many ways, by many tools. This is one of them.making format 4

Step 5. Adding lines.
Make rectangle marquee selection of boundary and duplicate(Ctrl+J). Rename to short line. Now transform and rotate it to align with a triangle. Duplicate same layer and repeat same and merge down. Rectangle Marquee selection(M) and delete, deselect. Repeat duplicate, rotate to make straight line.making format 5

Step 6. Adding text.
Add text(T) with white color. Add a stroke style to it by clicking FX at bottom of layer palette or double click on text layer.making format 6

And this was the whole story behind it. Hope it will help you designing your own version. making format example
